Sacred Sol's Vision
Our Vision is to spread love, through the Sacred Science of Kundalini Yoga and Gong Sound Therapy, to people and animals around the world. To provide a variety of classes and events that enable schools, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living homes, and shelters to provide this powerful form of healing to the people that they serve. Our Vision is to create a safe, welcoming, and loving environment that allows us to positively impact as many lives as possible, by showing people how to open up the channels of power and love that already exists within them. To build a spiritual community of like-minded individuals focused on love and selflessness. To open up the minds of our children before they are negatively affected by our current egocentric society. To help those in need recover from emotional and physical ailments thru the power of Kundalini Yoga and Gong Sound Therapy.
Meet the Founder
Lisa (Amrita Tera Kaur) has been a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Instructor since 2017. Based on her own life experiences and self healing, Lisa saw how much the world needs these tools and awareness. She has such a strong passion to help others in their own path that a vision came to her to create Sacred Sol. Lisa understands the importance of building a spiritual community based on love and selfless service, where people feel safe and are not judged. The foundation of our practice combines the physical with inner emotional and spiritual journey of our 'sol' by integrating the body, breath, movement and meditative awareness. We strive to promote an understanding of the independency of all these aspects in your personal health and well being. What you give love to grows. Let us help heal and grow each other!
Certifications
Amrita Tera Kaur (Lisa Zebrowski) is a 220 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified, and 220 Hour KRI Level One Certified Kundalini Yoga and Mediation Teacher. With extended education certifications of 20 Hours in Trauma Yoga Recovery Training - T.R.Y. Method and 15 Hours in Soundbath Practitioner Training. Amrita enjoys expanding her knowledge whenever she is capable. She has attended Seven (7) 3HO White Tantric Meditations and 3HO Summer Solstice 2018 and 2019 Full event at the Guru Ram Das Puri in New Mexico.
